I wasted months on different brokers and real estate agencies until I found Alex. Alex gave honest opinion about different neighborhoods and prices, letting me choose what was best for me without pushing me to get something bigger and more expensive. I told him what I was looking for and he already knew which places I'd like. He has an excellent overview of the available apartments and good relationship with the landlords. Finally I knew I was in good hands. I found an apartment just after few showings. Alex responded in timely manner and kept me updated. These things may seam like common sense but other real estate offices seamed to have a pretty big issue with it. Alex is a professional, people go back to him and recommend him for a reason.

Working with Henry to find an apartment was the best experience I have had yet trying to find an apartment that I would really love. Henry was more than willing to help me, even when I first came to his office tired and almost thinking I'd never find an apartment I could love, he immediately showed me four apartments, and listened to me react to each one, refining his understanding of what would make me happy.
Further, and most importantly, I changed my mind numerous times, and Henry never gave up on me, he just continued to try to find what I was telling him I was looking for. I called him many, many times, (even at home at 8am) and he was always more than professional, polite, and helpful with me. Once we found the right place, he was always available to give me an update and keep me informed of the proceedings, so that it wasn't quite as bad waiting to find out if I got the apartment.
He helped guide me and represented me so that we could secure the deal and so that no one else got the apartment I wanted once I found it. Because the good apartments in Boston go so fast once they come on the market, it really helped me to have Henry on my side representing me. He was very, very fair with me and he started what has become a great relationship between me and my landlord. I give him my highest recommendations and will send any friend who is searching for an apartment in Boston to him. However, don't try to get my apartment, I'm staying here for a long time!
