Dear Back Bay Association Member,
I wanted to let you all know about some special events happening in the Back Bay in celebration of Independence Day!
Starting tonight, for your summertime enjoyment and as a gift to the community, the First Church of Christ, Scientist will host half-hour chiming concerts outside on the Christian Science plaza starting at 7:00 p.m. These concerts will be held every Friday evening in July.
Top of the Hub will present its annual Fourth of July celebration 52 floors above the Back Bay. The party kicks off at 7 p.m. with a Chef's Cocktail Reception. A five course dinner designed by Executive Chef Mark Porcaro follows at 8 p.m. accompanied by a simulcast of the live Boston Pops concert. Sky-high fireworks viewing follows at 10:30 p.m.
$200.00 per person, prepaid and nonrefundable.

As always, theBoston Pops Fireworks Spectacularwill take place on July 3rd and 4th. At 8:30pm until 10:00pm on Sunday, the Boston Pops will perform in the Hatch Shell. There will be no fireworks following the Sunday performance. On Monday, July 4th, the schedule on the Esplanade will include special guests Martina McBride, Michael Chiklis, Norm Lewis, and Boston Pops Conductor, Keith Lockhart. It will be as follows:
